Your Coach
Call me Mike.
I’m a professional career and life transition coach living and practicing in Toronto, Ontario.
Coaching isn’t my first profession, but it is my first vocation. After a long tenure at a large corporation, I focussed on aspects that I enjoyed the most during my professional career. Coaching was a natural fit.
I attended a two-year certification program with iPEC and later received my accreditation as a professional coach from the International Coaching Federation (PCC).
Since opening my practice, I have worked with many career professionals experiencing the ambivalence of change. Together, we have worked to pivot thoughts of uncertainty or fear into insightful, powerful, specific, and actionable goals.
Authenticity is at the core of my coaching philosophy.
I’ve been trained powerful questions that come from a place of genuine curiosity. I actively listen to my clients as they talk about their desire for transition and how their goals align with their plans for change. And then we build goals that help them get from point A to B. And sometimes C.
Some clients classify my coaching style as direct, creative, and compassionate. Sorry, what can I say? I’m Canadian. My focus is on my clients’ ability to open their minds to opportunities in the time that we have together. Coaching is about results.
I truly believe that it's never too late to learn about yourself and your capacity to build a meaningful roadmap to your future.
